Effective Date: January 2025
At Sealcore International Lines, transparency, accuracy, and customer trust are central to the way we operate. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the dimensions and CBM (Cubic Metre) of every shipment are accurately measured and recorded.
However, we recognize that measurements may occasionally be affected by human error, packaging changes, handling, or other operational factors. Our CBM Remeasurement Policy is therefore designed to give customers a clear and fair process for verifying their shipment measurements.
Customers are required to settle their shipping charges based on the CBM measurement initially issued by Sealcore International Lines from the origin location.
If a customer has any concern or reasonable doubt regarding the stated CBM, the customer may request a remeasurement after the shipment arrives.
A remeasurement may be requested through the customer's Shipping Manager, or the customer may visit the designated Sealcore facility to witness the remeasurement personally.
Following verification:
Sealcore International Lines is committed to ensuring that customers pay only for the shipping space their goods actually occupy, subject to our standard measurement procedures.
Remeasurement requests are handled transparently and objectively, and customers are encouraged to raise any measurement concerns promptly through their designated Shipping Manager.
This policy reflects our commitment to fairness, accountability, and customer trust.
At Sealcore International Lines, we do not simply measure cargo; we measure our service by the trust our customers place in us.
