Important: This page explains how users of the Sealcore International Lines website and mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Sealcore International Lines account and associated data using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

1 Send an email to support@sealcorelines.com

2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

3 Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name (as registered on your account)
  • Your registered email address
  • Your username (if applicable)
  • Your phone number (as registered on your account)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

4 Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request

5 Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted

Method 2: In-App Request (Mobile App Users)

1 Open the Sealcore International Lines mobile app

2 Go to SettingsAccount

3 Select "Delete My Account"

4 Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request

Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Data That Will Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes as required by law:

Note: Retained data will be anonymized where possible and will only be used for the specific legal/regulatory purposes stated above. This data will not be used for marketing or any other purposes.

Processing Time

Your account deletion request will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Verification: 1-3 business days to verify your identity
  • Processing: Up to 30 days from verification to complete deletion
  • Confirmation: Email confirmation sent upon completion

In most cases, deletion is completed within 14 business days.

Before You Delete Your Account

Please note the following before requesting account deletion:

  • Active Shipments: Ensure all active shipments are delivered or resolved before deletion
  • Pending Payments: Complete any outstanding payments
  • Wallet Balance: Withdraw any remaining wallet balance (balances cannot be recovered after deletion)
  • Download Records: Download any shipping records or invoices you may need for your records
  • Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

What Happens After Deletion

  • You will no longer be able to log in to your account
  • All your personal data (as specified above) will be permanently removed from our systems
  • You will stop receiving all communications from us
  • Any unused wallet balance will be forfeited
  • You can create a new account in the future if you wish to use our services again
